BISCUITS

Preheat oven to 425 deg.

2 1/4 cup Bisquick
2/3 cups milk

Mix ingredients until dough forms; turn onto floured surface; shape into ball; knead 10 times; roll (or pat) 1/4" thick and cut into circles with biscuit cutter or glass. Spray bottom of pie pan with Pam; place cut-out biscuits in pan. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until brown.
