LEMON SQUARES

CRUST:
1 cups flour
1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cups butter

Mix flour & sugar; cut in butter; pat into 8 x 8 pan; bake at 350 deg 10-12 minutes.

FILLING:
2 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Beat eggs; add sugar & lemon juice; stir in flour & baking powder; blend until moist. Pour over crust & bake 20-25 min. Cool. Sprinkle w/powdered sugar & cut into bars.
