PUMPKIN PIE

Mix in a small bowl:

3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Beat 2 eggs in a large bowl. Stir in 1 can (150z) Libby's Pure Pumpkin and sugar spice mixture. Gradually stir in 1 can (12 oz) Nestle' Carnation Evaporated Milk.

Pour into one (9 inch) Deep Dish Pie Crust

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degree bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wine rack for 2 hours, then serve or refrigerate.
