3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter milk
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
