BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

2 lbs bulk sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Fry sausage and drain on paper towels. Add eggs, slightly beaten, onion, bell pepper, milk, bread cubes, & cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This can be made ahead of time and covered tightly and frozen until ready to bake.
