MEXICAN CASSEROLE

1 to 2 lbs ground beef
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
Jalapeno peppers (I used 3 to 6 or amount you desire)
Corn Tortillas
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Saute ground beef, add next 6 ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Place a little of the meat mixture on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Layer corn tortillas, meat mixture and cheese until all of meat mixture has been used. Last layer will be meat mixture topped with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
