RANCH STEW

Saute:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper

Saute all together until beef is brown, stirring occasionally.

Add 1 can whole-kernel corn
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tomatoes

Season with 1 1/2 tablespoons of chili powder, or more to suit your taste.
1 tsp salt

Simmer for as little or as long as you like.....the longer you simmer the better the flavor.
You may double the recipe for a big pot of stew.
