SUPER NACHOS

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 can (4 oz) taco sauce
6 green onions, sliced
1 can (4 oz) sliced black olives
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream

Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain grease. Spread beans in bottom of 9 x 13 inch oblong casserole. Spread meat and onion on top of beans. Scatter green chilies and Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top of meat. Dribble taco sauce evenly over all. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes. Top with green onions and black olives. If serving for a main dish, let cool 10 minutes then slice and serve in squares. Pass bowls of guacamole and sour cream. If serving as an appetizer, put a dollop of sour cream on one end and a dollop of guacamole on the other and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
