SPICY FRIED RICE

1 - Tablespoons Butter
3 or 4 – Diced Green Onions - (or amount to suit your taste)
Jalapeno & Red Chili Peppers/Diced - (amount to suit your taste)
1 - Cup Cooked Rice
1/2 – Teaspoon Ginger
1/4 - Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 – Teaspoon Gloves
1/2 - Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 – Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 – Egg

Melt butter in large frying pan and saute onions and peppers for 2 minutes.
Add rice and cooked until warmed, turning often. Add Spices and Soy Sauce.
Stir well. Beat egg and pour over the top. Sir mixture, until eggs are set,
about 1 minute. Serve in a bowl or serving platter.
