Sweet Potato Casserole
Serves 6 - 8

3 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatos
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted marg. or butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk

Topping:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp melted marg. or butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Combine sweet potatos, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
Mix well
Spoon into 7 qt. casserole dish
Cover with topping
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
